In 1937, William A. Donovan opened a service garage in Shawnee, Kansas. The vehicles have changed completely since then; the way this shop treats people has not.
Donovan's Service has now been in business for nearly ninety years at 5912 Nieman Rd, and it is operated today by the 4th generation of the family. Every generation has inherited the same simple instruction from the founder: do the work right, charge fairly, and tell the customer the truth even when the truth costs you the job.
Customer satisfaction is our goal, and honesty is our reputation. That is not a slogan we wrote for a website — it is the reason four generations of Shawnee families have kept coming back to the same corner.
